Talent ShapeUp had the privilege of delivering a customized two-day Leadership Excellence Program for the Leadership Team of Medipac Technologies Ltd. As a trusted partner of globally renowned healthcare and IVD organizations, Medipac Technologies recognizes that sustainable business success begins with strong leadership.
The program was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities through practical learning, interactive discussions, business simulations, and real-world workplace applications.
Program Highlights
The program was designed around an interactive, experiential learning approach that encouraged participants to actively engage rather than simply listen. Through group activities, collaborative discussions, and team-based exercises, participants explored the essential skills required to lead effectively in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
The sessions focused on developing a growth mindset, strengthening emotional intelligence, building trust within teams, and mastering high-performance team management. Participants also gained practical insights into situational leadership, smart delegation for improved productivity, and the art of providing meaningful feedback and coaching. Each session emphasized reflection, collaboration, and real-world application, ensuring that participants left with practical strategies they could immediately implement in their professional roles.

The two-day program provided an engaging and immersive learning experience that encouraged leaders to learn by doing. Having begun his professional career in a sister concern of United Group in 2004, returning after 22 years to contribute to the development of United Group’s leaders was both nostalgic and deeply rewarding.
It was a meaningful opportunity to give back to an organization that played an important role in shaping the early years of his professional journey.
