Experiential Learning Through Team-Building Activities
The second half of the program transitioned into thoughtfully designed team-building activities, directly connected to the earlier learning discussions. These experiential activities enabled participants to experience agility in action, demonstrating how small daily practices can significantly accelerate execution, improve collaboration, and enhance overall work outcomes.
By combining classroom learning with hands-on activities, the session reinforced the idea that agility is not a one-time initiative but a daily habit.
