Next-Gen Sales Leadership for a New Workforce
In a rapidly evolving workforce landscape, leadership must evolve too. Addressing this critical need, Talent ShapeUp, in collaboration with Nextjobz Learning Lab, proudly launched “Sales Leadership for the Next Generation”—a first-ever program in Bangladesh designed specifically to equip leaders with the mindset and skills to manage and inspire Gen Z professionals.
The training was held on 17 April 2026 at Akij House, Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka, creating a collaborative environment where professionals could reflect, share, and grow together.o.
Leadership for a New Generation
According to the Industry Insight Report 2025, nearly 27% of today’s workforce belongs to Gen Z, bringing new expectations, behaviors, and motivations to the workplace. Traditional leadership approaches are no longer sufficient. Recognizing this shift, this exclusive day-long program was carefully crafted to bridge the gap between conventional leadership styles and the demands of the next generation.
Leadership Skills That Drive Results
The session covered a range of highly relevant and practical topics, including understanding today’s workforce challenges and evolving mindsets, essential leadership qualities for modern leaders, applying Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in sales leadership, using Situational Leadership for effective team management, mastering priority setting and delegation, and delivering constructive feedback to drive growth and performance.

Participants from diverse industries—including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and service sectors—actively engaged throughout the program. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to participate in discussions and activities made the learning experience dynamic and impactful.
