Program Overview
SMC Pharmaceuticals, one of growing pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh, recently organized a two-day intensive training program titled “Art of Efficient Pharmaceutical Sales.” The program was designed for their enthusiastic and energetic sales team, aiming to strengthen their strategic selling capabilities in the highly competitive industry.
The training session was held on 09–10 April 2026 at Hotel Platinum Grand, Banani, Dhaka. The program focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of modern sales approaches and equipping them with practical tools to engage more effectively with healthcare decision-makers.
Key Sales Skills, Strategy & Customer Engagement
Throughout the two days, participants actively engaged in discussions, case analyses, and group presentations. The session covered several key areas essential for success in the competitive environment, including Pharmaceutical Industry Landscape, Mastering Selling Skills, Effective Pre-call Planning and Targeting. Special emphasis was placed on Psychology of Selling and Customer Engagement, Communication Mastery in Sales and Advanced Sales Techniques and Territory Growth in complex healthcare purchasing environments.

The program also addressed real-world challenges faced by diagnostic sales professionals, such as handling objections, managing difficult buyers, and building long-term relationships for sustainable pipeline growth. Participants worked on practical cases and shared field experiences, making the learning highly interactive and relevant to their day-to-day professional responsibilities.
